Recent Journals
Had the first day of duck hunting this year in the beaver swamp on our hunting lease. Not nearly as many birds this year. I guess it hasn't got cold enough in the north to push the birds this far south yet. Still a pretty nice hunt. We were able to harvest some blue wing teal and a couple of wood ducks. We could have shot better for sure. We all seemed a bit rusty with our shooting. I was able to work my favorite hunting companion Tucky o Other Field Journals:
